Who it is for

Anyone who has just said yes to you.

An employee joining, a customer buying, a partner collaborating: each arrives with a different question. Talent Passport gives each a journey built for their moment, on a shared platform and framework.

Partners

Hala has just agreed to collaborate

“How are we going to work together?”

Their journey helps them

  • Understand the purpose of the relationship and what each side expects
  • Meet the right contacts and agree ways of working
  • Reach a shared first milestone, with any requirements only where they apply

For you: One consistent welcome, with any agreements or approvals shown only where they apply.

Try the partner journey

Noor, Omar and Hala are fictional demo profiles. Partner journeys can support different kinds of collaboration, including ecosystem, delivery, referral and reseller relationships. The journey is shaped around the purpose of that relationship. See the five moments of a journey

More journeys, built around your audience

Investors, programmes, events: anywhere a first impression matters.

A journey built around a different moment. Each starts with who someone is and what they need to understand, and ends with a clear next step.

Requirements, where needed

No two relationships need the same steps.

An NDA, an MOU or a signature is never assumed. A journey includes a requirement only if the relationship needs one.

See it as

Before shared work begins: required, in this example

Review how information is shared
Confirm your relationship owner
Review the working agreement, if one applies

Next part

Meet your contacts and plan a first milestone

Waits until 3 required steps are done

What is outstanding

Still to do: Review how information is shared; Confirm your relationship owner; Review the working agreement, if one applies.

How we build it with you

CultureCatalyst designs and configures it with you.

We agree the timeline, pilot size, content responsibilities, review rounds and support arrangements after understanding your audience and requirements.

See the five steps

Questions first

Straight answers.

Can we build the journeys ourselves?

Today CultureCatalyst designs and configures them with you, so they feel right from the first launch. Self-service editing for your own team is on our roadmap.

Is a partner journey only for resellers?

No. Partner journeys can support different kinds of collaboration, including ecosystem, delivery, referral and reseller relationships. Each is shaped around the purpose of that relationship: the relevant contacts, ways of working, any requirements that apply, resources and shared milestones. Selling, referrals, commissions or certification can be added where a particular relationship needs them.

Can a journey require a form, an agreement or an approval first?

Yes, where the relationship needs it. You choose which steps are required, and the next part of the journey waits until they are done. Talent Passport does not collect legally binding signatures today, and no e-signature connection is built. If you need one, that would be separate development.

What does a stamp mean?

A stamp records that a participant completed an activity or reached a milestone in the journey. It marks progress. It is not a signature, an approval or an independent assessment.

How long does it take?

We agree the timeline, pilot size, content responsibilities, review rounds and support arrangements after understanding your audience and requirements.

Does it connect to our CRM or learning systems?

Not today. No CRM or learning-system connections are built. If you need one, we will scope it separately and tell you plainly what is possible before you commit.
